Its main goal is to improve the civilian employability and job placement of military personnel by matching the demand and supply of companies and military personnel.

Agreement with the Ministry of Defence for the guidance, training, and job placement of military personnel. 

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the framework of collaboration between the Ministry of Defence and the CEOE FOUNDATION for the development of activities that complement the training, professional development and specific adaptation of military personnel to take up new jobs in civilian life.

This program focuses on the group of professional army and navy personnel who served under temporary contracts or are in the Special Availability Reserve. The aim is for these people to receive support to continue their active working life after leaving the Armed Forces.

The program’s support will consist onproviding training, preferably in the field of digitalization, so that the military personnel will be qualified to meet the changing needs of the market. There will also be informative actions aimed at the business world to explain the different expert skills that members of the armed forces already have, as well as the different formulas for recruitment.

The aim is to foster the incorporation of these professionals into the labour market by matching the demand and supply of the business world and military personnel, in different formats and modalities.
