CEOs for Diversity Alliance

This alliance was created to research, share, develop and promote strategies and good business practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In collaboration with the Adecco Foundation, the CEOE Foundation promotes the CEO for Diversity Alliance with the mission of uniting companies around an innovative vision on diversity, equity, and the inclusion of talent.

We are committed to strategies that combine business excellence, the competitiveness of the workforce in Spain and the reduction of inequality and exclusion in the Spanish society.

This alliance was sealed through the signing of an agreement by more than 80 CEOs from large companies who committed to becoming the main ambassadors of this new business culture in our country. This commitment is fulfilled through the direct involvement of the signatory companies in the activities proposed by the Alliance. The aim is to collaborate in the development of common initiatives that will help society and the companies themselves to progress.
