Incorpora Program: we promote the social and working integration of people at risk of exclusion through the commitment of Incorpora experts and collaborating companies.

Since 2006, the Caixa Foundation’s Incorpora program has been promoting the hiring of people with exceptional difficulties in accessing employment throughout Spain, such as people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, vulnerable young people, immigrants, former inmates and victims of gender-based violence, among others.

The CEOE Foundation, by supporting the Incorpora program, ratifies its commitment to inclusion through employment.

The Incorpora program:

• Contributes to raising awareness among companies and actively seeks opportunities for insertion, thus promoting corporate social responsibility and inclusive human resources policies.
• Designs insertion itineraries in order to develop the professional skills of the people who participate in the program, and we support them in the different actions undertaken.
• Works hand-in-hand with workers and companiesin the hiring process, through the experts in re-entering the workforce that are part of the program, with the aim of enabling an easier adaptation to the workplace.
• Improves the skills and professionalization of the Incorpora network of experts through different tools, courses and resources.

Incorpora is an alliance for the population, a solidarity project aimed at people in the most vulnerable environments by fostering their re-entry into the labour force, which makes companies more humane, more motivated and more competitive.
