The study concludes that the evolution of current professions rather than by the emergence of new ones.

The aim of this action is to contribute to the development of professional qualifications in order to enhance the competitive capacity of companies in Avila and the stability of employment as a strategic value in technological, economic and social change processes.

The development of Vocational Training hand in hand with the company is essential. We cannot afford to do without anyone, therefore, we have to take this commitment to training to all areas on a permanent basis.
