Mutual insurance companies will be able to help with vaccinations as a result of the agreement between the CEOE Foundation and the Social Security
The Ministry of Inclusion, Migration and Social Security, the CEOE Foundation and the mutual insurance companies for accidents at work have agreed that the autonomous regions will be able to use the facilities and staff of the latter to speed up the vaccination campaign against COVID-19.
This is a need that the CEOE Foundation has been repeatedly raising within the framework of the ‘Sumamos Plan’, and an issue that has been discussed at length with the different parties over the last few months.
Thus, as more doses arrive, the autonomous regions will be able to call on the mutual insurance companies, within the established vaccination schedule, to speed up the immunisation of citizens. The aim is to overcome the pandemic as soon as possible.
An agreement of collaboration will soon be signed by the Social Security, the CEOE Foundation and the mutual insurance companies, so that all the resources available for vaccination may be used whenever the health authorities of an autonomous region request it.
Let’s keep working together!
