The CEOE Foundation and the Ministry of Defence join forces to promote the employability of military personnel returning to civilian life after leaving the Armed Forces

Through the framework collaboration agreement signed this Friday by the Undersecretary of Defence, María Amparo Valcarce, and the President of the CEOE Foundation, Fátima Báñez, during a ceremony held at the Ministry of Defence. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Defence, Margarita Robles, and the President of CEOE, Antonio Garamendi, who praised the work of the Armed Forces and the added value that the servicemen and women can bring to the business world through their training.

The Ministry of Defence and the CEOE Foundation have signed a framework collaboration agreement this Friday aimed at promoting activities that complement the training, promotion, and specific adaptation of military personnel to jobs in civilian life with the aim of enabling them to access the labour market when they leave the Armed Forces. 

These activities will be carried out across the whole of Spain and will focus on soldiers and navy personnel on temporary service contracts and reservists with special availabilities.
